About Us
Glacier City Realty is composed of long-time Girdwoodians who know the local market and inventory. We provided personalized, custom, detailed services for those that expect to receive excellent service. We are members of the National Association of Realtors and have served in many public service capacities in Girdwood that enhance our knowledge of the community and surrounding areas. We focus exclusively on real estate sales in Southcentral Alaska and manage a handful of nightly rentals.

Sam Daniel - Broker - He loves life and all aspects of the real estate market. He follows the market with interest and passion for the pure desire to educate people and help his clients. He has multiple realty certifications: ABR, CRS, GRI, and SRES. For activities, he loves to scuba dive, lift weights, run and ride motorcycles.
Loretta Ortiz-Daniel - Realtor - A born, and raised Alaskan she understands the Alaskan market. Loretta taught elementary school for 23 years and now loves working with adults to find the perfect home. She loves to travel to see family and to see new places where she can hike and run some more. An avid baker, she scours bakeries for new creations she can make at home.
Rebecca Reichlin - Associate Broker - GRI-SRES - Rebecca has lived in Alaska for over 40 years. She has a background in education, arts, administration, and community education. During her off-time, she volunteers her time to the Girdwood Rotary and Girdwood Goldstitchers to support community non-profits. An avid fisherman, she loves the outdoors and the beauty of Alaska.
Jackie Collins - Realtor and Marketing Manager - Jackie is in charge of advertising, sales reports, website, newsletters, social media, and all things marketing for Glacier City Realty, Inc. A licensed professional since 2012, she has gained experience and expertise in the real estate industry through hard work and dedication to her clients. A “Girdwoodian” for over a decade, Jackie loves to nordic ski the pristine trails in the area in the winter months.
