Appetizers: We have some of the best appetizers in Girdwood. Come try our Halibut ceviche, Pepper Steak Tips, Scallop Stuffed Mushrooms Rockefeller, Halibut beer batter and of course, Gumbo.
Entree: Our menu contains classic New Orleans dishes prepared with Alaska seafood such as crab meat dressing stuffed halibut served with Creole burre blanc sauce. We also serve shrimp ettoufee, shrimp and sausage jambalaya, lobster KaBobs and salmon au poirve, among other savory delights.
Our wonderful steaks, especially our Pepper Steak, are a crowd pleasure. Don’t forgot to top it all off with one of our delicous desserts
